CONTACT USDo not hesitate to get in touch for a confidential conversation about your finances. We look forward to welcoming you at Victoria House, a landmark building in the centre of Watford. Victoria House started life as the Watford District Cottage Hospital in 1885, however by the end of the First World War, the idea of replacing the cottage hospital with a more modern hospital – as a memorial to those who had died in the war and as a permanent memorial to peace – was discussed. The Watford Board of Guardians bought the old cottage hospital building and it was transformed into a school that survived until October 2007. At which point it was bought by Highwood and sensitively refurbished into the building you see today, remaining true to its history and traditions.
