Community Involvement
Support of the local community is highly important to Highwood. Partners and staff are committed to having a positive impact on the communities
in which they live and work by supporting local initiatives and charities. This includes youth projects as it is recognised that investment in the youth of today will mean a brighter future tomorrow.
- Annual 'giving back' to the community. Each year , Highwood staff give one day of their time to a local charity, such as Watford FC's Community Sports & Education
Trust
- Sponsorship of Watford FC Under 16 Academy Team
- Sponsorship of Kings Langley School in the Rock Challenge® , an international performing arts competition which gives participating children increasing self-esteem, confidence and teamwork skills and improves student/teacher relationships
